[Vwdiesel] adjusting max fuel screw?

There is a photo of this at my website ('91 TD - 68hp MF engine).

Loosen the 13mm bolt, adjust the screw -- CW = more fuel, CCW = less fuel -- 
and tighten.  I've found this is a pretty tight one to get at, and when you
loosen the bolt/housing the screw also moves.I do mine with the engine off..
Make changes VERY gradually... the width of a screwdriver blade will have an
effect.
