[Vwdiesel] adjusting max fuel screw?

Please anyone correct me if I am wrong, but the max fuel screw does not 
adjust the mixure exept by extending wide open throttle.  In other words, unless 
your genset is running wide open, adjusting the max fuel screw will not affect 
how rich it is running.

P.S.  As Gerry said, shut off engine if adjusting max fuel screw, unless you 
want to weld your screwdriver or wrench to the top of the unfused stop 
solenoid.
