[Vwdiesel] adjusting max fuel screw?

I found this out the hard way on my '82 Diesel Vanagon - I shorted the solenoid wire
when doing a compression test, and the starter kept spinning!. Turns out the weak
link is a little warning circuit in the dash, which blew and fused the starter circuit in
the start position. It took a fair bit of testing and studying the wiring diagram to figure
this out. In the A2 cars, at least the solenoid wire uses an insulated female spade
connector, so it's a little less likely to get shorted by accident.
