Sounds more like you've got a "hot start" problem.
Sounds like you need to install a relay like we were
talking about last week.
If it's as it sounds (starter spins too slowly to start, drags down,
etc) then a relay isn't going to do anything. The solenoid is working,
power's going through so it's the large wire circuit that's the problem.
First you need to know if the battery is up to snuff. Could be an alt.
problem not charging the battery enough as you drive but it "catches
up" a bit when it sits. Could be a bad ground, dirty battery terminals,
worn brushes, dirty or tired starter, worn starter nose bushing in the
tranny, bad pos. or neg. cable...
That's most of the likely possibilities.
