  A BIG positive battery cable (6V or racing size) and cleaning the 
body/engine connections on the negative cable.  Usually increases 
the cranking speed enough to make for faster starts.  The cloud is 
from cranking.  Fresh injectors CAN be poor but proably the cable 
or starter.
