[Vwdiesel] Vibration under load (hill climbing) and improving cornering

  Sounds more like a bad wheel bearing.  Jack one front wheel up at at time, 
set the brake, run it up to about 40mph or so in third, kick it in neutral 
and 
shut off the engine and listen.  Do this for both and one should be 
noticeably 
noisier than the other.  Sometimes CV's will do something similar with 
the vibration thing but it's not always the outer.  Those do tend to clack 
more than anything, unless it's really dry maybe.
  Get a good, four wheel alignment.  I had similar problems, wind would 
push the car all over, pushed really bad in the corners.  Got a GOOD 
alignment and it was MUCH better.  One rear wheel was way out as 
well.  You can mess with tire pressures a bit too I think it's lower rear 
than front to move from understeer to oversteer but I'm not positive 
there.
