Just to add another voice to the chorus, YES.
That seems too cheap for a complete rebuild.
I suspect just resealing, not a complete rebuild, or labor only quote, not
including parts.
You may want to quiz him on that when you drop it off.
If this is for real, let us know, 'cause that guy is about to get a bunch of
pumps in the mail.
Post his addy, I'm sure there are enough of us that would be sending him
one, 'cause that's a cheap enough price to grab one off the pile and have it
rebuilt for a good spare.

I agree with chuck, jump on it .

Ol'e cousin weakeyes here would gladly pay that for replacement of all seals
