Perhaps you should reveal _where_  you are trying to log on and register. 
Otherwise we have to assume it is the vwlist.

Also, please share with us the evidence that supports your belief that you 
can not post to this list....because the above message appeared on my 
computer and it was relayed to me my the vw diesel list.
