[Vwdiesel] Heater

I keep forgetting to post what I own. 91 ECO Jetta that was converted to a
true TD. The temp needle doesn’t move to the middle line until I run about 3
miles down the road. Now the oil pressure starts off at 20psi and goes down
to zero in about 3 miles of driving, just as the engine warms up. But as for
heat the vents start to throw out warm air and the needle isn't off the left
side yet. But buddy let me say that if I have it on hot and it is warmed up
you can't keep your hand in front of the vent. It gets way to hot to hold
your hand there. We don't get too cold a days here. Tomorrow morning I
think it is suppose to be a low of 20°F. We have had a few single digit days
in the past years but not very often. I have a block heater and will use it
just so that it takes less wear and tear off the engine from starting up
from a cold outside temp.

Try that with a TDI, it takes me 10km to get heat. My old ECO would heat

up that fast though ...
