When you have to leave the doors shut and exit through the windows, it's
time to say goodbye.

I once had a morris minor (before minis) convertible that folded in the
middle, I jacked it, bolted the doors shut, re-iforced it with some dexion
(a sort of perforated angle iron used to build shelving), and,using the
dukes of hazzard entry and exit technique, drove it for another year.
....Too old and fat to do that any more..
