[Vwdiesel] Injection Pump testing ---( the fuel flow test )

This is a simple test for testing your Pumps internal pressure -----  part of Hillbilly
Tuning.

The following was tested on 107 pumps. ---used on 1.5L NA  , 1.6L   NA and Turbo .

BOSCH  VE   107 --109  many variants --   This is  GOSPEL. ---read my lips..

Proper pressure is NO guarantee that all that Iron stuff is going to move.   ---BUT  --low
or no pressure will  guarantee that it will NOT move according to spec.

Lot of Iron to move ?   IMHO  yes.    -The timing ring without pins and rollers is more
than 200 grams.

Pressure should be  2.4  to 3.0 bar --- at 500 RPM ----(Pump) ---do test at idle speed.

Flow  through an orifice  is a direct indicator of pressure.
