Hi all,
Well, after much warning about how hard it is to change out all GP's, I
got them out last night in about 30 minutes, and in today in about 1 hour,
including getting the GP bus and injector lines hooked back up. Hardest
part was getting the nut on the #2 GP. Took me about 10 minutes to get that
one on. My GP relay is staying on for 50 seconds, so I didn't connect the
hot wire to the GP bus. I turned on the ignition, put the hot wire on the
bus for 8 seconds and then removed, and started turning the rabbit over.
After a little cranking to get fuel back in the lines, she hit and
immediately went flat again. I hit the GP's for a few more seconds and hit
her again to the same conclusion. Did this about 4-5 times. She hits and
then goes out again. So, any ideas on this one? Fuel gauge says she has
fuel, but I'll stop by and get a yellow jug and put another gallon or 2 of
diesel in her just to be for sure. I did notice the negative battery cable
was loose so tighted it down and put the battery charger on her. Figure
I'll try again procedure in a few hours and see what happens. BTW, of
course since I'm working outside today, weather decides to start dropping
snow on me. How appropriate I figure!

Bryant
