Liquid Nails construction adhesive also works pretty well. 


  For the "fallen arches"??  It only works enough to fool you into thinking 
it works.  BTDT.  It held for a couple months.  There's some special, 
bodyworking type stuff that DOES work.  Dunno exactly what it was 
but after my luck with Liquid Nails, Jake foud out what the right stuff 
was and it did work.
