  Actually it does from the valve still being open when the piston starts 
going up.  There's a bit of unburned hydrocarbons in there but not much.
Would work much better that way in a gasser too.  I know from talking to 
a guy who'd had a Motorvac demonstrated on a 6.2.  It cleaned the 
pistons as well as the intake.  He was really surprised at HOW clean 
it all was.
