  Air cleaner and passages all nice and clear?
Don't want any vacuum between the air snorkel and the impeller.

Specifically, check the snorkel from the airbox to the fender... I've seen
one where the noise absorbing foam was loosened, and clogging the pipe- it
would swing out like a valve.  I just tear it out usually anyway...
