Sounds like a loss of vacuum. Either the pump itself or a connection
to or under the dash.
First check the pump. If it's been weak then you might not feel
any difference in the brakes. Then you about need either an
extension piece of hose or a second person to suck on the hose
going to the dash while one listens under the dash for leak sounds.
Then it's just a matter of finding the exact spot.
