[Vwdiesel] industrial governor

My '85 Jetta 1.6 NA has an aftermarket cruise control. Works just like any
other - there is a magnet hose-clamped to one of the half-shafts and a
pickup coil mounted on a bracket right next to it for the speed input. There
is a vacuum actuator that pulls on the throttle linkage that is plumbed to a
valve controlled by the cruise control unit and a small panel mounted under
the dash with a few buttons on it. There are also switches on the brake and
clutch pedals to disengage cruise if either is depressed.
AFAIK nothing different from a standard gasser system.
