James' suggestion to recrimp is interesting.....
As to removal of the radiator on a pickup/rabbit- Piece of cake! No
need to remove the alternator, or the fan shroud. Remove battery.
disconnect the wires to the fan switch and the fan. Remove the hoses.
Get a Long extension and remove the two nuts at the base of the
radiator. Ease-off the two jam-nuts at top.
Slip the whole enchilada out. This is with non A/C.

Is it leaking right at the end where the tank is crimped on? If so, you
can
recrimp it a bit on your own with a set of big jaw pliers. When older,
they
tend to leak when it gets cold if the tank is a little loose, and quit
when
it warms up. Retightening the crimps will rectify that. You want
something
like waterpump pliers that you can put pressure toward the inside of the
crimp rather than just squash the outer edge.

I've been noticing coolant on the floor of the garage from one of the
Caddys. Today I went searching for the leak and found the wet green
trail at the corner where the fan shroud comes together with the plastic
end of the radiator toward the alternator. I'm afraid this is telling me
that it is time for a new radiator. The inlet hoses appeared tight and
dry. The outlet to the water pump was wet from the leakage from above.
If I need a new radiator, it looks like to get the old one out requires
removal of the alternator, the battery, and the fan shroud and then it
should pull right out. Is this correct?
If I continue to run with the radiator leaking. Will I be able to make
it through the Winter as long as I keep the coolant topped off and
let'er drip?
