Michael,

The pumps are self priming but it can take quite a bit of cranking
sometimes before it fires. You can crack open one of the injector lines at
the injector while cranking it and it will leak fuel pretty good if it is
getting it. The fuel lines can be taken off from the filter that feeds the
pump and from the outlet banjo and filled with fuel from a squirt bottle to
speed up the priming process. Hold a good strong light behind the "clear"
section or "used to be clear" section of the fuel input line to the pump to
make sure you are not seeing a lot of bubbles in the line. If it is getting
air in the line it either won't even try to start or won't run worth a
crap. Check that you are getting power to the glowplug bus bar with a test
light. Doesn't tell you if all the plugs are good but since it was starting
before in colder weather at least most of them must have been ok. Maybe the
fuse got popped?

hang in there,

Bart
