[Vwdiesel] Bad Glowplugs.

I just removed the glowplugs from my n/a jetta.  Two of them pass the 
continuity test with flying colors, but do not glow with full battery juice.  They 
get warm enough to melt snow, but not warm enough to start the car well.  Less 
than one year old.  Beru I believe.  You could read at night by the glow of the 
Bosch plugs that replaced them.
