[Vwdiesel] Heater core recall

I believe the correct term is a service campaign.....unadvertised, you
don't get it unless you have the symptoms and complain loud enough, high
enough. Recalls are mostly for hazardous safety issues. I know, not seeing
out the windshield or having hot coolant on your feet could impact safety,
but the govt sees it more in terms of wheels falling off, fires starting,
brakes failing, and so on.
