[Vwdiesel] dipstick coming up

I just picked up my new-to-me 86 Golf 1.6NA...brought it home in a -20*C
blizzard.  Started after
20 minutes of boosting with my Pathfinder.
.......all repaired by the shop and ready to go...sort of.
(I really really really REALLY have to learn not to buy $100 cars.......they
end up costing 20x more to get
mobile) LOL (so far I'm up to 13x more ++)

Anyways, I notice that every time I run it and pop the hood later, the oil
dipstick is up 2"........
I presume I have excessive crankcase pressure of some kind ??

Big problems or ???  What's up?
