And if there's no bubbles in the coolant and no coolant/oil exchange,  
it probably works just fine.  Of course, those are the two symptoms of 
a blown head gasket.

So... in summation....  It will definitely work on sealing your blown 
head gasket provided your head gasket isn't blown....
