[Vwdiesel] Oil Filters ---( Hot dam NOT a FRAM ? )

I too am guilty of putting Fram PH3569(?) filters on my genset VW and also
in my Jetta car diesel. For me it was simply ease of availability.
Wallmart has 'em. At about $6 CDN the price is reasonable as well. I
wonder if a quailty manufacturer like Fleetguard makes a filter for this
engine. I use a big 2 micron (Caterpillar) Fleet filter for the fuel in my
genset and plan to install one on the turbo 1.6 Jetta.
