  Thing is, nothing in that statement says ANYTHING about USING 
the software.  It's kind of like the C band satelite TV descramblers. 
It's not illegal to OWN one or to USE one or even to make your 
own. It's just illegal to manufacture and distribute one in the US.  ;-)
