[Vwdiesel] Posessed Quantum Starter

  We have the same problem with the Dasher.  The pushbutton is under the 
hood and improves the percentage to about 90% (it's about 30% or less 
otherwise.)  The starter wiring (internally) was disintegrating so we 
replaced the starter.  It helped but not completely.  I suspect voltage 
drop and plan to wire in heavy wiring to a solenoid and to the starter 
since I get current 100% to the solenoid whenever you turn the key.
