[Vwdiesel] Freeze plug leaking

I'm not to sure about the "simplest" part. Like you say- it is hard to
reach up there. I've removed the passenger side plug to put in a block
heater. I used a punch and hammer. Pound on one edge until the plug
turns enough to get hold of it with pliers. If you can't swing a hammer
in there, perhaps an angle drill and a sheetmetal screw would work to
get a pry on the plug. Replace with a block heater???

Subject: [Vwdiesel] Freeze plug leaking

Hi, all.
I have a freeze plug leaking, the one closest to the driver. Not much
clearance to get up there. Can anyone advise the simplest way to get
this changed out?
Thx,
Steve
