[Vwdiesel] going price of 1.6L turbo diesel engine

In the local sale paper there is a 1.6 L TD for sale.  Owner thinks it's 
from '87 Jetta.  Tore down, but all parts present, asking $350.  Would 
it be worth this amount for rebuildable engine?
