I would say yes if it is complete and the bores are within spec. If you need to get new 
pistons & have it bored, then possibly not. Figure on about $250 for head work, and 
$300 for miscellaneous parts, maybe another $100 for tanking and honing the block. 
Add $400 or so if you need new pistons. 
If the inj pump and turbo are in good shape, they are each worth some money on 
their own.
