Despite the " Pains "   I am still an optimistic  --yes we can do it type.

I was in the deep depression  (monetary)    in europe  ---we made it ok .   Then the   War # 2 ---
got over that.  ---    The latest for me was to see     Hanoi Jane   and Robert McNamara    shake hands.

He admittet that Nam was wrong  --- see there is hope ?   EH ?.    --- I am a great admirer of
Jane Fonda   and the stand she took at that time.  ----Yeah OK she was young and stupid to
get on that Gun. --------- If I had not recieved the most VILE hatemail from  Seattle  ---hell I would never
have found out what a great Girl she really is.

If you like to go and see a  real   "  UGLY AMERICAN "   I should be happy to post his Name and address and
Phone number --- I tried hard to have him charged under the  Hate legislation---     here is a sample :

Just finished watching     " ARROW  "    and " Amadeus "   ----- both fiction but fun to watch.

I spend a lot of time at Malton airport Toronto from feb 1957   to about  1960.   and I saw the

20 000   pound thrust for a jet engine in 1957 ?  --- not bad EH ?    a good fighter in them
days had about 5000 pounds of push .

It was a big plane but   40 000 lbs push ?   going up hill ?  ---
