Here is a very excellent penetrant oil.  Biggest thing to remember is 
patience Grasshopper.  Soak it good and then walk off and leave it.  Do 
this every day for a week or two with almost any good panther pee and 
the stuck parts will part.  I have to remind myself of this every time I 
grab a big hammer to loosen something.
