[Vwdiesel] 93 EuroVan Diesel - Jumped Time update

[82 Diesel Westy]

Super documentation job Rolf.  This is very similar to
what happend to my motor but I found no evidence of
main crank bolt moving.  I am going to take the same
approach as you I think, I am just replacing my 2
failed lifters and going to re-assemble motor.
