[Vwdiesel] Consider Propane?

As a main fuel, it seems to me that it should be injected, to get the 
timing right.  Otherwise, it's just kinda like a runaway with a valve.

I know there are large diesels with propane as the fuel, but I don't
know anything about the injection systems for them.  It seems that
gas compressability, and metering would require special solutions.

Can anyone comment?
