[Vwdiesel] Hillbilly Tuning ...Where's my screw?

What I want to know is WHERE is the max. fuel tuning screw.
I know it's
underneath a "cover", but there are several possibilities.

It's on the same end as the fuel outlets between outlet
banjo and the engine running parallel to the engine block
and should be fitted with a silvered sleeve.To prevent
clockwise turning (fuel increases)
