[Vwdiesel] Dodge Ram TD?

It was made by
Mitsubishi, and saw service in Ram's, Mitsu's, and 86-87 Ford Rangers

  So THAT'S what engine the Ranger had.  I've seen a couple for sale and 
wondered what engine they had.  Most of the Mitsu gas engines seemed 
to have problems with the countershaft bearings failing due to rotaion 
speed.  Never heard a problem with the diesels in that regard though.
