but seriously, the
brush marks are there when you are done for the first five minutes.  Let it
sit undisturbed until dry, and the marks flow out and are GONE.

  POR-15 is the same way.  Spray it on and oranges are smoother.  
Brush it on and it's never smooth.  Bad enough to drive a paint picky 
person like me, up a tree!  Look at it several hours later and you have 
a black mirror!  Some of the smoothest paint I've seen!  It REALLY 
knows the meaning of "flow out."
