[Vwdiesel] Tire size question 86 Golf

Sorry can no for answer your size question.

Are studded winter tires still legal there?  They've been outlawed most
everywhere else.

How do you know there is gonna be a winter next year?  The reason I ask is
because I know that Ontario did not have a summer last year! :(
