[Vwdiesel] Salvage yards or places to get used 1.9 diesel engines

What I was thinking, is they should just come to Canada and buy up all the
rust buckets with still serviceable running gear in them for about
$300/each.  The cars here are rotted rotted rotted ! (compared to most other
places I've been on the continent)

I just came back from a 1 week trip to WI,USA and only saw a very very few
rotted out cars.  Around here, if your car has rust on it, it's probably 2-3
years old........more rust, and it's prolly 7-10 years old.  Older than
that, and it's a restored classic.

..........or a $100 1986 Bondo Golf  :-)
