You forgot to mention one of the first examples of cleverness that stupified
me. All those molded rubber hoses in the engine compartment that have a
different diameter at each end. What the F? Poor guy at the side of the
road with a blown coolant hose. If he didn't happen to break down in front
of a VW parts dealership during business hours he's kinda screwed.
