[Vwdiesel] No Start update

Ok, got to thinking and did a compression check.  Don't know how good it
will be because the engine is cold and with new rings that never have been
ran.  Results are #1 80psi, #2 120psi #3 50psi #4 100psi,  I didn't put any
oil in the cylinders to see if it went up, I guess I could now that I think
of it, not like it has enough compression to fire off and that would tell me
if it was my rings or head,  just how much is enough without hydro locking
the engine?
