[Vwdiesel] IP / bosch info

is anyone
familiar w/ the Bosch diesel books?   I'm wondering if any of the manuals
(look on amazon, there are several) cover injection pump rebuild.  I'm still
debating rebuilding a pump myself or having a local Bosch-cert. shop do it
for me.


  I have the green, little thick Bosch book and the yellow, VE one.  They 
cover principles of operation but in no way cover rebuilding.  They keep 
that info pretty strongly to themselves.
  If you have a worn input bushing that requires honing in a new bushing.
Not within the shop tool capabilities of most of us even if it IS within 
our knowlege base.
