If pump is otherwise good, just replace the 'O' ring - simple & cheap.

I have what seems to be pretty darned common; leaking between the main body
& the 'head' section (where the fuel lines come out). Otherwise, no
running problems. This is on a car (maybe pump too??) with 425K, so I'm
hesitant to spend the extra $$...even if I can recoup it later by parting
the car if something too large fails on the car. I've acquired a
replacement pump with a quarter the mileage but the same leak. I'd hoped to
rebuild it & replace mine....just weighing out the options. I figured this
case would require nothing more than disassembly & reassembly w/ new
gaskets/seals.
