Sorry about the last e-mail being incomplete
never
walk away from a computer when a 3 year old is
around!!!
Now's your last chance to jump on a very well taken
care of '85 Jetta TD.
I had it listed for $2500 and would still ideally like
to get that price, but I am flexible. Send me an
e-mail and we can work out a deal. I dont want this
to go to Ebay, but if its not sold this weekend
thats where it goes!!! Were all seen what a nice TD
on Ebay is getting these days.
Here's a rundown on the car:
'85 Jetta GL TD (1.6)
- 177K miles and still going very strong. Less than 1
quart of oil usage between oil changes.
- Blue Exterior, Blue Interior
- Very clean inside and out, light wear on interior,
some scratches and paint fade on outside
- Sirocco front seats for added bolstering and comfort
- 1.6 TD Hydraulic Head
- A/C (getting recharge this week)
- AM/FM Cassette
- Oil Pressure gauge in dash
- Snowflake alloys (GTI) with new rubber
- No leak sunroof
- Replacing the headliner this week
- Passed Maryland State Inspection (inspection from
hell with +128 points checked with no tolerance for
failure) less than 8 months ago.
- new rear brake shoes and wheel cylinders
- 5 speed with good CV boots and axles
- Will change Timing Belt before you pick it up
- Only one very small dent that's hardly noticeable
(trying to get out this week)
- No body rust, 2-3 small bubbles in inconspicuous
locations.
- New rear shocks, fronts are still good
- Runs strong, averages 42-45 MPG on highway at
highway speeds, higher if you back off the pedal.
Easily capable of 50 MPG or more!!!!
There is lots more, just ask
I hide NOTHING!!!!
