[Vwdiesel] Crank pulley removal

1... DO NOT remove the crankshaft center bolt, unless you are tearing down
the engine.
Remove the 4 hex socket screws that hold the pulley to the sprocket. Then
pull it off over the end of the shaft and bolt. There will be some dirt and
rust trying to prevent you, but persevere.

2... NEVER use the cam locking tool to wrench against. it will snap the end
of the camshaft.

3... If loosening the camshaft bolt, for retiming, make up a torque
absorbing tool like the pic attached and wrench against that, leave the
engine and pump free to turn while doing this.
Otherwise you can damage the camshaft and/or the timing belt
