  With those guys it's hard to tell.  Leon acted like he was being
a Dad to "the little gal" that owned the car so he may have been 
nice in the billing.  I'd seen him basically tell a customer that 
their almost new NAPA fuel filter wouldn't filter the diesel 
properly and out the door the car went with a new, dealer 
installed filter.  Same with a car that had one bad glow plug. 
Sold them a whole set (we only replaced the bad ones 
generally instead of all of them).  Shady place sometimes.
