With the TD pump, the idle adjustment is
the screw that points upwards, between the pump and the block.


  I believe that would be on '86 and later TD pumps with the fast idle 
tied to the timing advance.  Earlier ones don't have that and I believe 
have screws similar to the NA pumps.
