Slipping Camshaft Sprocket   -----       problem solved as far as Hagar is conserned.



I checked a whole bunch of 1.5L    cams today    ----will check some  1.6L  tomorrow.

So stay   TUNED.

If end of shaft protrudes to less than 40 thou inch US   from   face of sprocket   ------do a

Mark Shepherd fix  ------grind end of shaft .    ---There is oodles of thread in shaft.

Will try to give details tomorrow.

PS :      That sure took a lot of reading and testing to find  ?   EH ?.   Val Christian got me going on this one
years ago.     And 34 ?  foot pounds on bolt ? is Plenty.
