[Vwdiesel] coolant flange

The sensor o-rings I'm refering to are rubber (buna-N?) type o-rings,
19mm x ~2mm. They seal the temp sensors in the three-headed monster flange
that attaches to the cyl head. That flange is plastic and metal,
but all the surfaces that mate are plastic. Eventually, the plastic
de-bonds from the internal metal, and they develop very slow leaks.
I've seen the o-rings on my 91NA, and on other late 80's engines.
Sorry if I've misled anyone.
