All I was probing at, was the mass of the entire lorry [er truck] maybe
compared to engine size affecting response like 'elephant to bumble bee'...
mind you my only experience with the big stuff is rigid bed trucks Nothing
articulated and nothing post 1990...Mostly non PS too. Ah the days of
forearms like popeye ;o)
Rpms could be an issue too and 100 gear changes; but then your experience
says that the problem does cross into the commercial world...
