[Vwdiesel] Smoking Gun again --- ( the valve clearance ).

Here in BC   ----it was almost a signature of a Rabbit  --the smoke.   --- Why ?   poor
maintenance. ---no ifs or buts.  --Why so many Rabbits ?  ----Tax evasion pure and
simple.--   Bad fuel and Bad maintenance is a BAD combination.----   Furnace oil --Stove
oil -----and so on.

Most Valve systems in the world are fail safe --in closing .  They may open less with wear
BUT they CLOSE.--  NOT so VW  1977 to 1984  with non hydraulic heads,   --I have a 1,5 L
where the valves closed fine when cool  --NO SMOKE ---then when HOT  some valves bid not
close ---SMOKE.

So now we have sticky Nozzles and Open valves ---- BUT like Regan use to say   You aint
seen nothing yet. -----stay TUNED.
